A1AWEB Internet Advertising Webpage Creation and PromotionJune 10 Florida Land for Sale Cheaper than Ever BeforeSpring has come and gone and now summer is upon us. The weather here in Crescent City Florida is really quite mild this time of year with a light breeze coming off of Crescent Lake making it quite pleasant to sit out on the front porch on a lazy sunny summer afternoon. If you like porch swings and southern climes, big fancy houses on oak tree lined streets you will love Crescent City. It is a Florida secret that I would like to share. Just a tiny town on Crescent Lake with all the local amenities such as bank, post office, grocery store, restaurants but without the hustle and bustle and overdevelopment of Orlando and nearby Deland. Drive north on 17 from Deland and you will find Crescent City a pleasant respite with a down home flavor, gorgeous lake views and good folks sittin on their front porch swings soaking up the easy times. While you are visiting drive down Park street north and you will see my Florida lots for sale only 1 block from the lake. Next to them is a Key West style home w. front porch swing. I am hoping someone will build something similar on these lots to blend in with the local historical flavor of architecture. Be sure to visit the waterfront restaurant on the water within walking distance of these properties.

No matter how old or new it is or whether it’s a known model or not, you should give it special treatment as it provides as efficient, safe and comfortable means of earning a living as well as being used for personal use. It is inevitable for any type of used heavy equipment to experience common mechanical problems; this is especially true if the model is already old. Among the most destructive and the most annoying problems is rust. This affects almost all machinery parts, especially those exposed to moisture. One used semis the body panels, including the doors, the fenders, the hood and the bed are of course among the most vulnerable. When damaged by rust, these body parts become weak and not only that, they become ugly too. Replacement may be your only solution. The hood is one of the most important body parts as this is used to protect the most vital parts of your semi truck such as the engine. Just like the doors and the fenders, this must be rigid and tough to be able to give the best protection to parts underneath. Since the hood has a metal covering that is exposed to harsh elements in the environment, the hood is also very susceptible to rust. Because of this, proper care is needed. It must be kept clean all the time and make sure the drain holes around the hood are clear so water can't pass through and cause rust. July 12 Exchanging Links with Related SitesI have learned after doing many link exchanges on many different sites that it is better to share links with others in related industries-similar to the way you see many different businesses of the same ilk grouped together at intersections-like car dealerships and gas stations for instance. The reason for this is because the more businesses you have grouped together-it works just like the shopping mall concept-you get more traffic and more traffic means more customers to browse in your store and thus more buyers. It is all a numbers game-the more hits you get to your website (the more eyeballs you can get to look at it) the better your chances of making a sale. I am trying to instill this concept into the minds of some of my newer website customers that are dealing in gemstones but they are afraid of losing potential customers to other dealers thru a link exchange. I beleive that you have far more to gain from networking with other businesses in the same arena than you could ever lose. They will be linking back to you-so they are taking just as much of a chance as you are. It also builds rapor and comaraderie and they are more likely to refer someone to you because of it. posted by Ann Menke | 10:59 AM | 0 comments June 03 Blogging To Help Your Site on the Search EnginesI have recently suggested to some of my A1AWEB customers to create a blog thru blogger.com to help their sites do better on the search engines. It is the easiest way I know of for them to create content online. The way this works is they write about their website and whatever else they want to write about and put links to their website within their blog. This can also help if you have affiliate programs you want to get more traffic to. Add links to some of your affiliate programs and mention one of your web pages every few days within your blog postings. June 02 Search Engines Don't Care How Big You AreI consistently hear from companies who are puzzled as to why their expensive, cutting-edge website is perpetually outranked by a site of perceived inferior quality - “our website is better than theirs” or “we are a much bigger company” are common remarks. Beauty is, as always, in the eye of the beholder. The sites that consistently rank highly are almost always using optimization methods that offer something of value to people who entered the search query. Search engines care as much about the size of a company or how much it spent on its website about as much as they care about what you had for breakfast this morning. |
